Happy Friday! I hope your week has been awesome. This week has been a relatively big week in the world of Fantastic Beasts and the Niffler. First off: It turns out there’s gonna be more than 2 Nifflees in FB2. That sounds FANTABULOUS. My only issue with it is that it seems like they’re milking the Niffler a bit. If you don’t get what I mean by that – I mean that they are overusing it as a character. Yes. Nifflers are characters. They are THAT important. Make me think otherwise. To be honest though, I hope this doesn’t continue throughout the series UNLESS there is an EXTREMELY CUTE shot of a HUGE family of Nifflers trying to keep each other warm or something. CAPITAL LETTERS. Maybe even an adult Niffler hugging a baby Niffler ?. Here’s a new picture from a new trailer of one of the new Nifflers that will be in the movie…
Good Enough. It’s a Niffler.
In other news this week (pun not intended) Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald had its world premiere in Paris (I think) and the reviews are in.
Sooooooooooooo, baaaaaasicallyyyyyyy its got quite mixed reviews. As it stands it has 8/10 from IGN, 60% from Rotten Tomatoes (?) and 60% from Metacritic (Source: Google / The big googs/ that place you search when you don’t know something/ The internet/ Home of the Niffler Fan Club). There is a link to a full BBC review summary article here.
We at the Niffler Fan Club are still holding out for the film and will continue to do so. Oh, and Rotten Tomatoes – we’ll make our own decision on if it’s rotten or not THANK YOU VERY MUCH. So expect to see our own review and opinions on the film sometime around next Friday on the public premiere date. Until then, Stay Nifflery…….
P.S If you would like to know everything there is to know about FB2 and all the Nifflery goodness it contains – if we could refer you to this post right here that you might want to check out here. Its here by the way.
